ALL for AVIATION company was established in 2017 however its activities date back to 2009.
Our portfolio of services includes customized design and development, manufacturing support and repairs of ultralight, LSA and general aviation aircraft.
With our broad experience we are able ether to directly perform or mediate a complete support starting from initial design, analyses and optimization of design solutions, visualisations, aerodynamic and structural analyses and further up to detailed design, complete drawings and prototype production.
Minor but also important activities are a design and manufacturing of non flying mock-ups and scale models, and flying testing and measuring devices.

Our offer can include a complete professional supply of models and molds maching on a portal CNC five-axis machining centre with following strokes:
12000mm x 2300mm x 1300mm
Due to extraordinary large dimensions of this centre even the models of the complete fuselages and wings can be machined in one piece, without unfavourable division. This eliminated inaccurate assembly and completion before final surface treatment and forming. We can offer a turnkey service for manufacture of models and molds not only for aviation purposes, including the creation of electronic data.
Apart from that we can offer prototype and special parts machined from steels and aluminium alloys using three-axis and five-axis centres.
